Clean Break is a 4-week smoking cessation program that can be provided in an individual or group setting to assist you in living a smoke-free lifestyle.
Through the Clean Break program, unhealthy smoking behavior habits are reduced while increasing the motivation to stop smoking. As participants recognize their “triggers,” they learn to implement coping skills to deal with the cravings and stop them. By the fourth week, smoking habits will have been replaced and eliminated.
